HOME DESIGN
Jannis Vann is the owner of House Plan Resource, a pre-drawn house plan site where she markets plans drawn over the past 30 years. She has worked on custom projects with builders in the Atlanta area, developing product for entire neighborhoods including Concord Hall in Smyrna, GA. Concord Hall is a townhome community developed by Michael Landers’ former company, Integrity Development Group.
Other townhome projects and single-family residences have been designed for Mr. Landers over the years. The businesses have enjoyed a fruitful relationship working together to create communities that are both esthetically beautiful and environmentally progressive.
Jannis has been a Certified Building Designer since 1986, continuing to grow as a professional through continuing education including a certified program through the Institute of Classical Design.
